She loves languages, cultures and people around the world.

Robyn has spent the past several years working with coaches on triggers, trauma healing, yoga & meditations she has been able to bring more peace, connection and curiosity into her life and relationships. Heather exudes LOVE and passion about her family, her faith and her future. She currently lives in Arkansas, but calls Texas “home.” She adores her pets (dog and bearded dragon) and Diet Cokes. Heather has 2 sons and 3 daughters, who she will tell you, are the sun, moon and starss! She has courageously faced some devastating personal experiences and battled some severe mental health challenges. Heather is a warrior for people, for God and a champion of and friend to those who struggle.

The love of her life was killed by a hit and run driver minutes from their Texas home while jogging in 2012. Tremendous difficulties and trials followed that experience. A few years later, Heather met Joe, her current husband and ‘true love’ struck twice. She feels extremely blessed to have him and a new, young son added to her family. They are a zany bunch who loves to sing and dance, to be real (however that looks) and to help others. Heather and her oldest daughter, Rachel, started a podcast in 2022 called, “Starting From Scratch: Making the Impossible, Possible.” You can find it on Apple or Spotify.

Michelle has lived in Utah all of her life. She was raised in Cottonwood Heights in a family of nine kids. As their fourth child, she learned at a young age about food. First the scarcity of food. Namely, because they were very poor. However, rich in wisdom as they grew large gardens. When they were young, they planted gardens together. That was a wonderful experience for her. IShe remembers many days staying outside the whole day and not needing to come in for sustenance because her siblings and she would just eat right out of the garden. They also discovered many herbs around the yard that they would test out even if they didn’t know what it was.

Later, after marriage and having children, she began to use food and herbs to heal her children’s health issuesa and discovered the incredible power of food. She says,

“I fell in love with healthy food. I fell in love with the beauty of food. I fell in love with the art and creativity that food arrangements provided for my creative brain.”

“I learned that food can be fuel for your body. Food is life we can choose to eat to live or eat to be sick.”

“My passions from my life’s discoveries is something that should be shared and I look forward to sharing with you and tantalizing your taste buds with healthy, yet delicious, meals.”

Amanda is an advocate of healing and empowerment. As a dedicated Foot Zone Practitioner and Instructor, Amanda has transformed countless lives through the art of foot zone therapy. Amanda works to incorporate mental, physical, and spiritual energy into each client’s session to be a guide on the journey to personal renewal and unlocking boundless potential.

Amanda is more than a healer; she is true cheerleader for the underdog, igniting the spark within others to become the hero of their own stories. Her laughter is nothing short of contagious, infusing joy into every encounter.

Amanda’s greatest accomplishment is her marriage of 24 years to her husband, Tony, and her greatest blessings are her beautiful, 16 year old twin daughters. Her family motto is “Rock on with your bad self,” which means be free and live your best life. She is from Utah and currently resides in Elk Ridge, UT.
What is Foot Zoning? Foot zone therapy identifies blockages of light stored within the body systems that can be found in the map of each individual’s foot. By accessing these meridians, it opens channels of communication to restore the body back to healing.

When did you certified as a Foot Zoner? Certified as a practitioner in 2019. Certified as an instructor in 2020.

How is Foot Zoning relevant to our mental, emotional, and physical health? As I went through my own health challenges and mental struggles, I looked for ways to connect with myself. I found restoration though foot zoning. I felt the power of touch and communication and I recognized I needed to share this healing potential.
